WEDDING REHEARSAL MANAGEMENT

  • Bridal party step by step practice in processional order

  • Transport set up items/décor from rehearsal to venue

 

PRIOR TO WEDDING CEREMONY

  • Welcome all vendors instructing them where to set up 

  • Set up all décor per client’s vision including place cards, table numbers, guest book,
    card box, cake cutting utensils, ceremony candles or unity sand if need be

  • Assist catering captain/staff with additional set up needs

  • Ensure ceremony and reception set up is according to floor plan

  • Ensure floral arrangements are set up according to floral order

  • Confirm timing with each vendor before ceremony begins

  • Coordinate with transportation vendor to remain on time for bridal party

  • Prep with catering captain and venue staffing to confirm cocktail and dinner timing

  • Review complete set up before guest arrival

  • Assist bridal party with any needs prior to the ceremony

 

WEDDING CEREMONY MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure bridal party is fully ready with bouquets and boutonnieres before processional 

  • Coordinate with ceremony officiator and music vendors to cue ceremony start time

  • Line up wedding party and family members for processional per rehearsal

  • Assist groom before aisle walk down

  • Assist bride before aisle walk down

 

WEDDING RECEPTION MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure flow of cocktail hour while bridal party finishes photos

  • Direct guests to ensure they have received their escort cards

  • Toward the end of cocktail hour, line up wedding party for B&G grand entrance

  • Ensure guests take their seats in preparation of the grand entrance

  • Cue music for bridal party introduction

  • Cue father of the bride/best man and maid of honor upon toasts

  • Ensure dinner timing is as contracted

  • Pack up all gifts and décor items to B&G/family member responsible for handling

CORPORATE + ALL OCCASION

  • Welcome all vendors instructing them where to set up

  • Meet with venue contact and captain for pre-con meeting

  • Ensure room is setup according to floor plan

  • Ensure flow of timeline for setup and event duration

  • Ensure guest room and shuttle accommodations are as planned

  • Greet all incoming guests

  • Direct program of event from beginning to end

  • Ensure shuttle service is on time to pick guests up at destination

  • Pack up belongings and materials at conclusion of event
