This package is tailor-made for the couple who is handing all wedding details off to us. From the venue & vendor negotiating, to the rehearsal dinner and more, you can trade your "to-do's" for "I do's"

 

• Planner is responsible to plan the entire weekend of events including the rehearsal dinner

• Location scouting, décor consulting and inspiration

• Unlimited correspondence throughout engagement period

• Handle budget tracking, organize contracts, payment reminders, appointment calendar

• Coordination of designated hotel room blocks

• Wedding timeline

• Bridal checklist

• Schedule vendor meetings as well as full correspondence with all vendors

• Handle RSVP list tracking

• Collection of necessary insurance certificates

• Rehearsal coordination and full day of service on the wedding day with the help of assistant(s)

• Assembly of décor setup, table numbers, place cards, etc.

This package is catered to our couples who have been enjoying the wedding planning process but are ready to walk down the aisle leaving the month-of execution in our hands

• Venue walk-through

• 3 in-person meetings with your coordinator

• Wedding timeline

• Contact with vendors

• Wedding rehearsal coordination (rehearsal dinner planning not included)

• Day of coordinating from setup to conclusion of wedding

This package is your go to if you're looking to keep things simple and sweet. Intended  for the couple who prefers to keep their engagement intimate without all the bells and whistles.

We include: Location inspiration, flower petals leading to your destination,  "Will you marry me" back drop, and champagne + flutes for your first toast as an engaged couple. We will coordinate any additional vendors you select outside of our package (photography, music, etc.)

THE MARRY ME PACKAGE:​

​This package is made for you if you want to take it up a notch with the basics plus adding some romantic entertainment. Embrace all the feels with options like acoustic guitar, saxophone, or violin.

We include: Location inspiration, flower petals leading to your destination,  "Will you marry me" back drop, and champagne + flutes for your first toast as an engaged couple and your choice of entertainment for 1 hour. We will coordinate any additional vendors you select outside of our package (photography, videography, etc.)​

THE JUST SAY YES PACKAGE:

Our most popular fit for the couple who want it all (mostly). Including photography to make sure every shot has been captured and zero details are missed when you look back at this day. ​
